A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer contracted Mass Tank Inspection & Services (MTIS) to manage the inspection and protection of their indoor and outdoor chemical batching tanks at multiple plant locations. Our ongoing responsibilities involve weekly visits for inspection and preventive maintenance. In addition, we maintain an online database for documenting work history, inspections, tank and related equipment data and schematics for reporting purposes.

With this collective data, weekly work orders are generated and maintenance resources are allocated to the most critical and time-sensitive tasks. This information is also communicated to stakeholders to demonstrate this aspect of their risk management policy.
